1, Dream Big.


In the 90’s, Mukesh who was in his 30’s decided to become the largest manufacturer of polyester fiber and yarn in the world,and he really did it. RIL is the largest manufacturer of polyesterfiber and yarn in the world and beats the traditional manufacturers from South Korea and Taiwan, who dominated the market in the 70’s. Many man of his kind will have settled forless because he has crumbs to inherit. Big Dreams are terrifying, especially becausenobody can see tomorrow.

" What if it doesn’t work? " is what we were trained to ask. “What if it works?” is the question successful people ask. Like Mukesh, many people were born into wealth but unlike him, many people who were born rich are satisfy with what they can in her it from their parents. None of us will be happy for having much gold. You’ll only be happy with the process that create the gold.

2, Trust all But Don’t 

Depend On Anybody.


Ambani in an interview had said that he did not want “people carrying their wisdom in note books as if it some kind of secretive operations”. While he has a trusted team of a few people,who have played a pivotal role in the growth of his empire , Ambani has always emphasizedon the importance of being involved in one’s own business. However, he still believes that one should be completely independence when it comes to dream pursuit with depending on anyone.

“The organizational architecture is really that a centipede walks on hundred legs and one or two don’t counts. So, if I lose one or two legs, the processwill go on, the organization will go on, the growth will go on.” Mukesh Ambani said that if you want to learn something, learn from yourself, that’s best option to learn. In starting of his career, he faced lots ofproblems, and he learn from this problems, mistakes. He trusted his employees, officers, and alsohe always ready to face any problems.

3, Let your work speak 

for itself.


Mukesh Ambani likes to keep a low profile in the social circle, or so it seems to be with the media at least! He isn’t keen on social dos and neither is he voicing opinions on important economic issues at events such as the World Economic Forum. But still, he is one of the most talked about personalities in his country. Ambani’s focus has always been his business and this entrepreneur is credited for the creation of the world’s largest petroleum refinery at Jamnagar in Gujarat besides other successful ventures. When ever he has a chance, Mukesh pushes aside his paperwork to interact with his employee. 

"It gives me the energy and strength to remindme why I’m doing this," he said. "For the employees. My grand father always said, 'Don't tell people what you do. Let your work speak for itself.' Service is what guides me each day. It lifts me up when I give to others." Mukesh Ambani said.

4, Trust your instincts.


There have been several controversies concerning Mukesh. He has been named, ‘a rich man without aheart’ owing to his splurging of money on building his house Antilia and investing in IPL cricket team. However, Mukesh does what he deems right and mostly, it so turns out that it is the ‘right’ thing to do. If you’re faced with a big choice like makinga major purchase, deciding which college to go to, or getting married, logic and practical considerations are important. But once you’ve weighed all the pros and cons and narrowed down your options, you are likely to get the most satisfaction out of your choice if you let intuition guide you to a final decision.

5, Risks give greatest

Mukesh Ambani once said. Ambani believes that the person who doesn’t take risks will not have major growth in their life. And yes, he proved it from the start of his career. But his risks are calculative, like adventure-seeker and not like a gambler. He knows his goals and will chase them to their logical end. Mukesh took every risk which needed to create biggest business empire. He make some goals, then created plan to chase Goal and followed that plan with positivity. Not everything will be right for you, so you need to take risk and do learn from your mistake and deep shipping towards your goal.

6, Don’t panic.


Stay strong Mukesh Ambani joined his father’s business at a very young age. And while he was still in the process of learning the nuances of the business, he lost his uncle and his father’s business partner Rasikbhaiin 1986, followed by Dhirubhai Ambani’s stroke with in five months of his uncle’s death. Mukesh Ambani faced hurdles in the form of business malpractice allegations too. His detractors, including AAP founder ArvindKejriwal, accused him of interfering in the governance of the country. RIL as well as Mukesh Ambani him self havedenied the allegations strongly. 

The company has also resorted to legal actions over the controversy. The numerous acquisitions made by RIL, the acknowledgment from leading business entities, and his firm hold on the throne of India’s richest person has not made Mukesh Ambani complacent. Reliance Jio Infocomm, his telecom arm is all set to roll out 4G services in alliance with his sibling Anil Ambani’s company. Having courage is necessary to succeed inmany situations in life. With all the challenges that Mukesh faces he never panic, he stay strong to see his company reach the great height he dream for.

7, Keep your eyes wide open.


Mukesh Ambani keeps his eyes wide open when it comes to hunting for new ventures. It always pays well to understand your surroundings. You may have created a niche product. But if there is a better product in the market that’s going to outdo yours, you better pull up your socks and sit down to improveyour skills.
