10tips to Maintain

Mental health and physical health

Let's talk about self care routines. I need it , you need it.

I am a big believer that it's okay to indulge in these things occasionally and not be too strict with yourself. But I don't really count them as self-care.

Because skipping out on exercising and eating junk food may be a really nice treat to allow yourself to do every now and then.

But they don't really care for your body and your health in the long run.

So I'm gonna share 10 ideas for mental and  physical health. The ideas go a bit further.

1, Consider your practice.

How do you take care of yourself?

This can be a good practice for taking care of yourself. So take a moment to take a piece of paper and a pen and maybe have a cup of tea and meditate. Some questions to ask yourself are: What do you do for a living? What makes you feel amazing? How often do you take a break? How much time do you spend alone? Do you have at least one minute in your day when you can relax completely? And what can you do to help lift your spirits?

2, Disconnect and have a

screenless day.

Of course, this does not have to be all day. If you do not have time, and it can be evening or late afternoon for example. But the point is to remove the connection from the screens and technology for a while. To reconnect with you more. Because our screens often distract us from what is really happening. And so it is good to take your time and show what you really need. When you have your screen-free day, even if your screen was part of your day ... then you may be bored. And this gives the site a lot of fun self-care activities that I will share on this list. So you can also do it on your own screenless day.

3, Eat a healthy snack.

Sometimes it can be very good to go to the market or grocery store to buy something, cook something nice and easy and fat and healthy for you. Outside. So it could be something like a salad or a wrap with vegetables or a beautiful Indian curry. Anything you find is fun. Taking the time to cook something healthy is a good act of self-care. Because it shows that you are willing to invest in your life and that you find that you can eat your own food you have to put in that time and effort.

4, Practice a hobby.

Often when we think of self-care, we think of cold, repetitive things. But it can also be a very effective means of making your juices flow and make you happy. Recreational recreation can enhance your creativity, beauty, and it can be a wholesome activity you can do on your own. Or with someone else, if it is a hobby you can do with others. Just be sure that it is something you really want to do, not because you have to, but because you really like it.

5, See friend.

Not all people introduce presentations and some people really need to be close to people and share with a friend to feel refreshed. And for me I am a presenter but I really enjoy sharing with a friend or going somewhere with them. And if it is impossible to meet, see if you can call or discuss the video. Having some real personal contact can be very important in taking care of your mental health.

6, Read a book.

I have talked about many of the many health benefits of learning from this video here, and they are healthy video habits. So be sure to check it out if you are interested. Learning develops cognitive functions, memory, empathy, and is also the most relaxing activity you can do. So as you read, be sure to set aside some time for yourself. Even if you don't have much time, get into it. And of course, it's really nice to be free. Get out of bed, and make some tea. But you can study anywhere. And if you choose a book, make sure that it is something you like too, not because you think it is of some benefit to read that book, or because you think you should read that book. But because you have a real interest.

7, Give yourself a kiss.

We often look to others for love. But, really, we can give love in a kiss. And studies show that cuddling and hugging lower blood pressure, lower blood pressure, and release other hormones, such as oxytocin.

8, Eat more fruit.

If you enjoy delicious snacks, cakes, ice cream cakes are a great way to take care of yourself that you incorporate most of your day. Of course fruit is good for everyone but especially if you have good teeth having a habit of eating some fruit every day can help reduce sweet cravings. And of course, it's also really yummy.

9, Go out and be natural.

Usually when I feel depressed or disconnected. I can see that I have not been out of nature for a while. Our brains find it difficult to enjoy being near green and water. Because our brains are still almost the same as when we were cavemen. So go outside, get some fresh air, and go to the park or to the forest or to the beach. Try to find something where there is green or water.

10, Do something old.

Art can help to focus on the mind and actually when we feel stressed or just when we don’t feel smart ... doing something old can be a really nice place. So try to communicate with your inner child for a while. Don't worry so much about making mistakes or misusing them or making a fuss. It’s really about doing something and whatever you do is good. So try to do something outside of yourself like art or music or dancing. And let that creative side of you have been unaware that there was half of this phase for a while.
